What to expect, and what we need from you, at each stage.
Six steps
Enquiry
Use the price calculator, the form, WhatsApp or the phone. Tell us the postcode, the type of bollard and roughly how many. Photos help.
Survey
For installations we visit free of charge: measure, look at vehicle and pedestrian movement, check the ground, scan for buried services and confirm who owns the land.
Written quote
A fixed, itemised price: posts, foundations, groundwork, reinstatement, extras, consents we will apply for, and the programme. Valid for 30 days.
Consents and ordering
Where needed we prepare highway or roads authority applications for your approval. Products are ordered once you accept.
Installation
Set out, scan again, excavate or core drill, set posts to line and level, pour or anchor, cure, and reinstate the surface.
Handover
Keys, product information, maintenance guidance and photographs. Automatic systems are commissioned and demonstrated.
Repairs and servicing
Repairs, servicing and automatic-bollard fault visits are not free surveys: we tell you the visit price in writing before we attend, and quote any further work before doing it.
Who does the work: installation crews working under our management. We take responsibility for the job and the contract is with S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd.
